We accept debit and credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover). All transactions are processed by our PCI Compliance Level 1 MSP (Merchant Service Provider) Stripe; therefore we never store your card information. Stripe processes $1.5 billion in transactions annually and is a member of the VISA Global Registry of Service Providers.
All prices will be shown in local currency depending on which country (GEO IP address) you are in, for your convenience. However, when you check out, you will be billed in USD. Your bank or card service provider will automatically convert your subtotal depending on their current conversion rates.
Once you have placed an order, the information goes straight to the shipping department which takes 1-2 working days to process after fulfillment. After which the shipping department will send the tracking codes to data entry to update the tracking codes and send a shipping confirmation email to our customers. Hence, if you need to make any changes to your shipping address, please contact our Customer Service within 24 hours of placing the order.

Our handling time take 3-7 business days on average. This means that your order(s) will generally be sent out within this period. Due to occasional backorders it may take up to 30 days at which time we will update you with shipment expectations and additional options.
The duration depends on the shipping method and the destination country. Delays may occur due to Holidays and/or extreme weather conditions. Please note that custom inspections can be a factor during shipment. In the United States your package will usually arrive within 5-15 days. Shipping International typically takes 10-21 days and depending on how fast customs in your country processes the package. Be advised items placed on backorder can take longer as we wait on replenishment. Lost or stolen packages are covered under our Return & Exchange Policy.

In the event that the parcels were returned to us, please contact us immediately so we can arrange to send you a replacement. For UAE / HK customers, please ensure to provide your PO Box or Zip Code (whichever is available) so your local post office can deliver your order(s) to your mail box or door step.
Don't worry yet, there are situations, for example your mailbox could have been blocked and the order scanned already as delivered, and very often your order delivers the following day.
Please note that we provide a tracking number for each order. It is our your responsibility to track down your order. Please contact your local post office if your order tracking shows delivered. We require a search or trace to be filed prior to working on possible resolution.Please contact our Customer Service for further assistance if the search is not effective.
